First met Allie when I was contacted by her previous owner about breeding Carmine to her. I went to see her I was pleasantly surprised because she was beautiful and carried herself very well. When I showed my trainer at the time Germaine French her pedigree he was impressed and actually found his old Corso French's Gotti in her pedigree.
We signed off on the stud agreement and tried to breed her with Carmine for the first time. When I say she wasn't having it, she wasn't having it! Long story short, the first few attempts were not successful. We had to wait another 6 months until they had a little time to get to know each-other before magic happened.
Fast forward, about a year and we acquired Allie around her 3rd birthday. Within 6 months of owning her she passed her CAL 1,2,3 and AKC Canine Good Citizen.
Allie is our foundation female and Sonny's Dam.

Allie is living the good life retired and chilling on the farm.
I purchased Gia from Dionne Johnson down at Hierarchy Kennels in Georgia. I originally reserved pick female from her litter because I really liked the sire, AKC Champion Queen City Triple Maduro. Maduro is a bigger dog, tall and long with a little edge. I was looking for the complete package and of course she had to be a working prospect but at the same time didn't have huge expectations.
Turns out Gia is like a Belgian Malinois trapped in a Cane Corso body. This bitch has extremely high drive and she has worked out great! High prey drive and defense drive. Good neutrality. I always joke that she doesn't sleep because this bitch is always on the GO. Her high drive made it really easy to train her in advanced off leash obedience.
Structurally Gia has an athletic body type to match up with her drive. She was the second dog I've entered into a dog show. At a year old she earned her IABCA International Champion title in three shows earning a V1 and Best of Breed in all of them. She also won an IABCA Best in Show her first time out, as a very young dog and being handled by a very inexperienced handler (me).
After this next litter we are going to get her back to training for APPDA and PSA. I'd love to get her titled in both sports. Gia has been a great addition to the kennel and has produced some really stellar pups with great confidence, drive and structure. (See Legendary Productions Pics)

In Gia's first and only dog show at the young age of 12 months she won an Best In Show. Kind of a big deal because she beat every breed there.
We're not big in the dog show world but that doesn't mean we don't bring the heat when we do enter. :)
